1. The Jelly Express Prize Drop is available only on the Jelly Express game (“Participating Game”) between 6th April 2026 at 08:01 GMT+0 (10:01 CEST) until 12th April at 21:59 GMT+0 (23:59 CEST) (the “Promotional Term”). This is a network-wide promotion operated by Pragmatic Play, with prize pools shared across multiple participating operators.
2. To take part in the Jelly Express Prize Drop, you are required to join or opt-in in the Participating Game through the promotional welcome pop-up. Once opted in, you will qualify for the entire promotion.
3. By opting in for the Jelly Express Prize Drop, you hereby agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

How to win in the Jelly Express Prize Drop

1. To qualify for a random prize, you must place a real-money spin of any bet stake (subject to game-specific minimum bet requirements) (a “Qualifying Bet”) on the Participating Game.
2. Prizes are awarded randomly on any Qualifying Bet. Each Qualifying Bet can trigger only one (1) prize at a time
3. Each player may win maximum two (2) prizes during the entire promotion.

What you can win in the Jelly Express Prize Drop

1. Prizes are awarded as predetermined multipliers of your winning bet stake ([multiplier received multiplied by (x) bet stake], where the bet stake cannot exceed 1 €/$ for prize payout), or as Free Spins (as detailed below).
2. All prize types and quantities are displayed within the “Prizes” section of the promotional menu available in-game or in the table below:

3. Free Spins prizes (“Free Spins”) are awarded as twenty (20) or ten (10) free spins to be claimed and played in Jelly Express at the same bet stake used to win the prize.
4. If the bet stake exceeds the 1 €/$ value, the Free Spins will be awarded at the 1 €/$ value (or the next higher available bet stake).
5. Free Spins must be claimed and used within seven (7) days from the time you receive them.
6. Free Spins will become available to play shortly after the prize is awarded. If the bonus does not appear, you may need to refresh the game.
7. Winnings from Free Spins are credited only after all Free Spins have been played and are paid as cash amounts (in your local currency) without any wagering requirements.
8. If you purchase an in-game bonus feature (“Free Spins”) in the Participating Game (“Bonus Buy”), your prize will be awarded before you enter the Free Spins feature mode and will be based on the 1 €/$ value. Bonus Buy availability depends on your jurisdiction.
9. If you place a special bet (“Ante Bet1, Ante Bet 2, Super Spin 1, Super Spin 2”), your prize will be awarded at the same bet level or at the 1 €/$ value if your bet stake exceeds the maximum amount. Ante Bet availability depends on your jurisdiction.
10. You can track your wins, other players’ wins, and the remaining number of prizes in real-time within the promotional interface of the Participating Game.

General T&Cs

1. There is no additional cost required to participate. 
2. Any cash prizes won have no wagering requirements or withdrawal restrictions.
3. A portion of undistributed funds from the Drops & Wins network promotion will be awarded to players in this promotion.
4. The advertised currency conversion rate is determined solely by Pragmatic Play and is calculated using a Euro (€) currency multiplier applied to the player’s local currency. 
5. In the event of technical issues, interruptions, or game malfunctions, affected spins, or prize outcomes may be voided or restored in accordance with the operator’s standard procedures.
6. Pragmatic Play is not responsible for delays, connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or operator platform outages affecting participation or prize awards.
7. Pragmatic Play reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Jelly Express Prize Drop, including any related terms and conditions, at any time. Any such amendments will not affect players who have opted in unless necessary to manage or prevent fraud and other unlawful behavior. 
8. Pragmatic Play reserves the right to review players' activities to detect any potential abuse. Should such a review uncover abusive or unlawful behaviour, Pragmatic Play may forfeit winnings and restrict the player's participation in future promotions. Furthermore, Pragmatic Play and the platform owner where the player is registered may take legal action to uphold the fairness of the promotion for all participants.
9. Participation is subject to local laws, age restrictions, and licensing conditions. Certain jurisdictions may limit or prohibit Bonus Buy features or Free Spins awards.
10. In case of any discrepancy between the English Terms & Conditions, and any other language, the English version prevails.
